Yesterday was the first day of school. I can’t believe I have a 5th grader and 2nd grader. Because of the pandemic, I’m not sending my kiddos into the schools and will be virtual learning. It’s not an easy choice to make or navigate, especially considering I have a full-time job. That’s where my village comes in. I have an amazing mom and sister who have stepped up to help me manage it all. I still have lots of anxieties, but I’m learning. The Bible talks about casting all my cares on Him and this is definitely a lesson in that. He shows up for me always. He shows up always through my village. Yes, I do appreciate them, but even bigger, I see Him working through them and I am totally covered, sustained and blessed.
